  * Remove constraints unnecessary since stretch:
    + Build-Depends-Indep: Drop versioned constraint on libclass-tiny-perl,
      libcpan-meta-perl, libhttp-tiny-perl.
    + libmenlo-perl: Drop versioned constraint on libclass-tiny-perl,
      libcpan-meta-perl, libhttp-tiny-perl in Depends.
  * Bump debhelper from old 12 to 13.
