Newshound README file. Version 2.0

I hate long README files, so I'll make this as short as possible.
Newshound is a utility that collects news for nntpcached. It's main aim is
to collect newsgroup articles off peak so as to reduce network bandwidth
during peak periods.

This source was compiled on a linux system so email me if you get it to
work on any other platform. Someone compiled this on a Sun workstation.

To install.

Edit the values in newshound.conf to match your system.
Type 'make'
Type 'make install'
Type 'newshound -d 1 -c' to see if the hound.list file is created.
Type 'newshound -d 4 -g 5 -f' to see if we can collect articles.
You may want to lower the debug level as it really chats away.
Read the man page.

Why?

So I could learn how to use sockets and I really get annoyed waiting for
pine to cache the next 20 articles in a newsgroup. Also I get a nntpcache
licence for writting this. Thanks to Alan Brown and Robert G. Brown for
their useful input.
