Inlines table aliases and replaces all alias references with references to the source table.

Re-qualification of references that were previously qualified by the alias is done in accordance with settings under Editor | General | Smart Keys | SQL. For more information about object qualifications, see the Smart Keys topic in the IDE documentation.
