Frotz was written by Stefan Jokisch <s.jokisch@avu.de>, and ported to Unix
by Galen Hazelwood <galenh@micron.net>.  Frotz is now maintained by Jim
Dunleavy <jim.dunleavy@erha.ie> and David Griffith <dgriffi@cs.csubak.edu>
(David also maintains the Unix port).
